This is the class for you; stretching, mobilising, lengthening and strengthening. A no-nonsense-60-minutes-worth-of-Pilates in 45 minutes, mat-based class running at lunchtimes on Tuesdays from 12.05 – 12.50 starting on 16th October.
Come in comfortable clothes, no need to change. This non-sweaty lunchtime class will free you up and make you feel refreshed and ready to go again.
Small classes of no more than 8 people means very bespoke, guided tuition to a level appropriate to you as an individual. All levels are welcome. A wind-down of tranquility in your day – timed to fit perfectly into you lunch hour and right here in the heart of Stamford.
Booking is essential. Class fee £9 per class, discounts for block booking. All bookings to be made through Reception at The Broad Street Practice.
