I graduated from University College Birmingham in September 2007 with an honours degree in Sports Therapy. More recently attained an MSc in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation at St Mary’s University in London.
Since graduating I have worked full time with a number of professional football clubs managing and assisting with the running of their medical departments. I have also been employed by the British Army assisting injured personal recover from musculoskeletal injury and complex trauma. Alongside my work at the practice I now work part time within occupational health providing assessments, treatments and management reports for staff from different fields of employment.
My approach to treatment is to help individuals suffering from pain, injury or illness affecting the musculoskeletal system. I am able to provide assistance to people of all ages to maintain their health and fitness, recover from injury and prevent and reduce pain using exercise, movement and manual therapy.
With 11 years post graduate experience I now specialise in Exercise Therapy and Injury Rehabilitation. I am able to offer 1-2-1 rehabilitation sessions, functional assessments and bespoke home and/or gym based rehabilitation programmes.
