Still beginners yoga – just online!
In response to COVID-19, we have had to stop all face to face lessons. However, we are pleased to be able to offer lessons online during this time.
All the lessons we offer are appropriate for beginner level with modifications offered as we go.
If you have never done yoga before, we recommend that you have a 1:1 online consultation so that we can fully understand your requirements. There is no charge for this currently.
Clearly we cannot provide you with any so you will need: a mat or towel, a blanket, a quiet space, wifi connection and a laptop/mobile device with a free zoom account. Useful prop alternatives are a belt, cushion or pillow, thick hardback book.
The usual time of the class held at The Broad Street Practice studio is Tuesday 6-7 pm. This will still run but we appreciate that many peoples’ daily routine may be a little changed for the duration and so we are offering classes at various times of the day/evening as below.
Tuesday: 9am (1 hr), 12.30pm (half hour), 2pm (1 hr), 6pm (1 hr)
Wednesday: 2pm (1 hr), 6pm (1 hr), 7.30pm (1 hr)
Thursday: 12.30pm (half hour)
Each session will be opened 15 minutes before the start time to make sure we are all there and there are no technical issues. Sessions will be held on Zoom – you can either download the app onto your mobile device or create an account on your pc at zoom.us
