This months issue of Active magazine published a great little article by Sarah Babbs, one of our physiotherapists, about the benefits of running – just a little, not a lot – and how much it can help our knees and hips….
Contrary to popular belief, being active actually reduces the risk of arthritis developing in weight bearing joints, and can be helpful in reducing pain levels in those with mild to moderate arthritis.
Overall the message is – GET MOVING….any way you like!
