Mjog We are delighted to have introduced Mjog - an automated text messaging appointment reminder service. Mjog will send a text message (free of charge) direct to the patients mobile phone, about 2 days before their booked appointment. This helps confirm appointment details and allows patients to reschedule appointments if they need to. Since introducing the system in May, we have dramatically reduced the number of missed and late cancelled apppointments - resulting in greater availability of appointments for patients who call requiring an appointment at short notice, or those needing urgent treatment. PLEASE MAKE SURE WE HAVE YOUR MOBILE PHONE NUMBER ON RECORD!Decorating The practice is having a face-lift! We are midway through a programme of redecorating, with the decorators coming in about one weekend a month to work through the practice. We have changed the colour scheme from a sunny yellow to a beautiful calm, lilac grey. While the project progresses, the practice looks a little like a patchwork quilt, but we will press on and hope to complete it by late summer.
Signage Thank you to all of you who have complimented us on our new sign on the front of the building. Incorporating the new practice logo, and mounted on brushed steel pegs, we hope the sign reflects the style and professionalism with which we work!
Phone divert For the time being the practice is closed on a Thursday afternoon. Calls are diverted to a mobile, and appointments can be made as normal. If your call is not answered, please leave a message and you will be called back.
